I believe good composers make the best arrangers.

In fact, arranging is just composing with a “head start”—you’ve already got a melody to work with!

I love arranging.

It gives me an opportunity to create something new and different with a well-worn melody.

As an arranger, I’m comfortable with classical, jazz, and contemporary popular styles such as rock, swing, R&B, gospel, musical theater, etc. I’m also comfortable with ensembles ranging from small chamber groups up to full symphony orchestra.

I’m capable of writing for any instrumental or vocal combination made up of…

• Piano / Rhythm Section
• Choir / Vocal

…and you can rest assured the arrangement I write will be fresh and interesting. (I’m not into formulaic music.)
